Rebecca Rusch: On Pushing Boundaries, Overcoming Fear, and Making a Difference
from The Middle Miles · host I Race Like A Girl
We are excited to share our conversation with Pro Athlete Rebecca Rusch. Rebecca is a 7X World Champion, Mountain Bike & Gravel Cycling Hall of Famer, an Author, Emmy Award Winner for her documentary Blood Road, and founder of the Be Good Foundation . Her nickname is the Queen of Pain, because she has the ability to push though mental and physical barriers and come out stronger on the other side. Rebecca is more than an athlete however. She is an explorer and an adventurer. But what we most admire about Rebecca is her support of female athletes all over the world and her determination to change the cycling community to be more inclusive and more accessible, one bike ride at a time. We talk about overcoming fear, finding your why, being curious, and Rebecca's navigational handrails. #begood Sponsor alert! 25% off at TheFeed.com with the code RACEGIRL www.rebeccarusch.com www.rebeccasprivateidaho.com www.thebegoodfoundation.org
