Rebecca Schubert, MS, RD, NBC-HWC: Shifting From “Shoulds” to Authenticity

Rebecca Schubert began her career as a registered dietitian before becoming a Wellcoach. She shares some of her professional regrets that led her down the career path she is currently on. Rebecca began her career as a Wellcoach with a change of worldview. Instead of suggesting people eat more vegetables or diet, she began to examine everything in a new light. "Coaching is not about fixing people. In my mind, coaching is about eliciting and bringing forth the best of people." Now, she works as a full time consultant in employee wellness. She steers people away from the advice she'd received early in her career, and instead leads them on a path to wellness.
