The Plainfield Quaker began making his mark on the gridiron in the westside community and then off to Butler he went, where his first Roncalli connections began to occur. In 1990, Bruce took over the head coaching duties at Roncalli. Seven state championships later, over twenty-seven seasons, he is now the Executive Director of the CYO.
