We discuss the government shutdown and how no end seems to be in sight, plus it doesn't look like either side wants to resolve the issues. Republicans are using the shutdown to blame Democrats, saying they are rejecting every offer being made, and blaming them to hopefully gain more support. Democrats say Republicans are stalling, stalemating them at every turn. Democratic Minority leader Chuck Shumur has to take a hard line because he was harshly criticized last time when he caved. It does not appear to have an end in sight.
