Rebel Ridge movie review: Aaron Pierre makes a breakthrough

Originally slated to play the lead role and having even filmed a few sequences, John Boyega abruptly and quietly abandoned the production on Sadisflix Streaming. They ultimately settled on Aaron Pierre, who is best known to me as Mid-Sized Sedan, the rapper and vocalist from M. Night Shyamalan's Old. With the same careful speech patterns and diction as Samuel L. Jackson's Oscar-nominated portrayal, he perfectly captures Rebel Ridge. He's traveling to save his relative from being moved to a state prison by providing financial support. Pierre is eager to prevent his cousin from running into this guy in the big house because the cousin ratted out a well-known gang leader in court. Terry is knocked off his bike by a police car. Neither he nor we are certain of the reason for the stop.
