REBORN: The Choice to Live or Die After Narcissistic Abuse

Following a relationship with a narcissist or psychopath, there is trauma that forces you to decide. You can allow the former self to die and accept and allow a rebirth or new creation of a new self OR you can do nothing, cling to the past, surrender to your addicted brain and stay stuck in an endless loop of despair and depression.
