[REBROADCAST] Feeling Your Baby Move

from Birth With Power · host Dr. Nicole C. Rankins

Things have been a little busy lately, so I'm rebroadcasting this episode about feeling your  baby move while working on a new episode for next week. I also wanted to re-share this episode because of new research coming out about a rise in stillbirths during the COVID-19 pandemic. It may be the case that there have been more stillbirths during the pandemic because moms-to-be are too worried about catching COVID-19 to go to the hospital when they normally might. There have also been fewer prenatal appointments, so issues may be missed as moms get fewer checkups. Whatever the cause ultimately is, it's a great idea for you to be aware of your baby's movement, what they mean, and what to watch for. In this episode I'm talking all about feeling your baby move and what you can expect to feel throughout your pregnancy. I also share a few ways you can monitor your baby's movement and when you should contact your doctor if your baby seems to be moving less.  Check out ncrcoaching.com/rebroadcast16 for complete show notes, and join my email list at ncrcoaching.com/email-signup/!Our Sponsors:* Check out Avocado Green Mattress: https://avocadogreenmattress.com/DRNICOLEAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
