[Rebroadcast] Stop working with the wrong clients!

Rebroadcast week #2  Episode 17 is all about putting your business into the perspective of where it currently lives, what have you done so far, and what you plan to do to get you to where you want to go  - ie. how to work with the right clients and ideal projects! -- When you first start out running your own business you're grateful for whatever work you can get. But if we're not careful we end up going down a path that feels frustrating, working with clients that don't make us love our job anymore.   Today I'm sharing the importance of recognizing the WRONG clients and how to stop working with them. It's as much about understanding your ideal client as it is recognizing the red flags of the clients that just aren't the right fit for you. I walk you through an exercise that I do every year to review all my projects and see which ones worked well and which ones did not. I also share the checklist I use during every discovery call with a potential client to help me assess if they are the right fit.
