Proverbs 1:5 says "Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance." How do we learn? How do we obtain guidance? The answer is very simple and that answer is our mistakes and experiences in our lives. A lot of us see our mistakes and ask ourselves "Why did I do this?" But instead of looking at why look at it as a way to thank God for bringing you out of that mistake and also thank Him for allowing you to learn. Mistakes are not meant to be bad for us, but it's a way for us to learn and become better so we can teach others to make better choices. God puts us in situations for us to grow.
