Rebuilding the Gates - Week 22
from Free Life Church Hosted by Free Life Church
In this powerful message, we delve into the book of Nehemiah, exploring how rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem symbolizes the restoration of our spiritual lives. The key lesson here is that God is interested not just in physical reconstruction, but in rebuilding His people. As we examine Nehemiah 6-12, we see how worship, the Word of God, and community are essential components in establishing a kingdom life. The story reminds us that when God is truly involved in our endeavors, the impossible becomes possible - just as the walls of Jerusalem were rebuilt in a mere 52 days. This serves as a call for us to pursue the 'God factor' in our lives, seeking His supernatural intervention that leaves even unbelievers in awe. As we reflect on this, we're challenged to consider: Are we involved in something so clearly guided by God that the world can't help but recognize His hand at work?
