Trust can be broken or weakened by both the big things and the build up of many smaller broken promises. Trust is such a foundational aspect of a relationship that without it, it's harder to have respect, love, and passion for your partner.  In this episode we go deeper into rebuilding trust, whether you are the partner that doesn't trust, or if you realize that you are the one that has contributed to the decline of trust.
