Dan and Shawn discussed everything from the impact of the moves already made to dissecting what could still happen, particularly with Erik Karlsson, Alex DeBrincat, Connor Hellebuyck, Mark Scheifele and Vladimir Tarasenko. They talked about the Toronto Maple Leafs and what appears to be yet another culture reset and they broke down the New York Rangers decision to sign right wing Blake Wheeler to a one-year deal.  They celebrated and appreciated the shrewdness of the Vegas Golden Knights, who traded forward Reilly Smith, an original 'Misfit' who helped them win the Stanley Cup, to the Pittsburgh Penguins and they looked at potential suitors for Erik Karlsson.
