Recap of the Hester-Preston Debate

On July 14-15, at this years Preterist Pilgrim Weekend, a live public oral debate was conducted between Don K Preston, of the Preterist Research Institute of Ardmore, Oklahoma and David Hester, adjunct professor of Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. The two met on the polemic platform for two nights to affirm the proposition that Christ's return was future (Hester) and Past (Preston).Today, we will discuss some of the highlights of the debate and the various positions, arguments and assertions made.
