The sound is Aim, that is one of the mantras of Sri Vidya. What will it do? This English word or sound, Aim, which means the eyes, your eyes. It also means your ‘I’ consciousness. I can go on talking about it for about an hour at least to explain that, that’s not needed.Now close your eyes and internalize the sound Aim in the eyes and feel it in the cerebellum, the back of the brain.
