All indicators are pointing to a massive recession with record numbers of layoffs already happening.  The simple truth is, no one really knows. The simpler truth is...those of us who know our value and own our worth aren't too concerned about projections, pundits and scary news headlines.   We know that these are the times when legends are made.   These downturns in fact are when those of us at the top of our game can make the greatest impact.  “Save six months salary for when we experience a downturn” is not a proactive strategy. Pressure makes diamonds and if it was easy everyone would be doing it.
