Recipe to Help Enjoy the Holiday Season - With Miriam

Apple cider vinegar1 Cup oil (I use fractionated coconut, because I'm allergic to vegetable, but my mom always used vegetable oil or corn oil- whatever she had)2 tsp. Vanilla2 cups waterMix well. Bake at 350 35-45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.  You can put a drizzle of light frosting or sprinkle powered sugar, but honestly I like it just by itself.  Very special thanks to you listeners and watchers.
