Plus, it also features recipes from residents like Alan Cumming and Richard Hell. Proceeds from the cookbook benefit Trinity’s Services and Food for the Homeless. Reverend Will Kroeze of Trinity Lower East Side and chef Will Horowitz discuss the project and the cookbook. Plus, listeners share what they love most about the East Village.
