Reclaiming a Mission Mindset - Tim Madding
from NPUC Ministerial Convention Hosted by Tim Madding
In “Reclaiming a Mission Mindset,” Tim Madding calls churches back to their central purpose: making disciples who help others follow Jesus. Drawing from Jesus’ invitation to receive the bread of life, Tim uses the picture of a shared table to explore how churches can welcome guests, nurture new believers, include children, and guide people toward spiritual maturity. He challenges pastors and leaders to look beyond busy calendars and build an intentional path for growth—equipping members to study Scripture, serve others, and share their faith. Recorded at the North Pacific Union’s 2026 Ministerial Convention.
