In all fairness Danni Cham and I keep it real and talk about our experience graduating and pursuing our careers in a system we had little to no guidance. Not only are we Black, we are Black women, who have dreams like others but in a corrupted system, surrounded by Privilege, and Laws that don't protect minorities in the work field; sets us up for struggle, but we must build our strenghten and reclaim the success we deserve!
