Reclamation

It's easy these days to feel overwhelmed. It's easy to want to retreat and reclaim some private space. But what can these feelings tell us about ourselves? As we settle into Circle today, we'll observe our energy, our responsibilities, and our self-care. We'll look at the balance of energy and question what needs adjusting and what needs reclaiming. We'll use illustrations and meditation to guide our reclamation of self. You have the right to take up space just as you are. The right to be is yours. And you can start now.
