Recognition of the Soul

In last week’s episode of the Soul Sovereignty & Sexuality Podcast, I talked a lot about why recognition of the soul is essential to returning to holy communion, as well as reclaiming your power and sovereignty. In this episode, I dive into what the soul is.We can’t prove that a soul exists, just as we can’t prove that love exists. Yet, we feel it. We experience it. We sense its presence. Most of us are taught to identify with our ego self, or the purely physical, limited, 3D self. We come to know ourselves through our achievements, toles, through what we have or do. We see ourselves through the eyes of others. Yet, your soul exists beyond all of that. It is the force that witnesses your thoughts, witnesses your emotions, witnesses you having an experience.When you learn how to connect with your soul - your unique essence - you begin to live from the inside out rather than taking the outside world and letting it in. Thus, you begin to reclaim your power back from all external sources.You come into your sovereignty because you choose for you, rather than submitting to external expectations or demands. You remember how invincible and sacred you really are.It requires a perspective shift. You begin to see yourself and the world through the eyes of your soul (which is not limited to physicality) rather than through your physical eyes.
