Recognition Without Obedience

In this episode I share from Mark 1:34-35 The demons KNEW who Jesus was! Jesus is on the move of his ministry… healing diseases , casting out demonic spirits and touching souls! When the demons RECOGNIZED Jesus he did NOT allow them SPEAK. This hit me… the demons KNOW who Jesus is yet refuse to obey him. The religious leaders of that day didn’t realize WHO Jesus was and THOUGHT they were obeying the TRUTH. We can be like these demonic spirits!!! Recognize JESUS yet NOT living in his TRUTH. Today, my heart was hit hard with this thought. Living out what Jesus says shows our relationship in TRUSTING WHO HE SAYS HE IS. All. In.
