Too often we fail to recognize God’s presence where we are. Whether it’s a physical place like our job or school; a gut-wrenching, soul-trying situation; or a bad season of life. Cornell Cannon explains how failure to recognize God’s presence when we are in dark places causes us to adopt coping mechanisms that are not of God and do not honor or glorify Him. We are challenged to partner with God so we can inject light into the dark places that need it most.
