Reconciliation Sunday (2 Corinthians 5:17-20, Message Audio)

from Mountainview Church Audio · host Mountainview Church

This is the second annual national day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. Depending on your background, you may be deeply, personally and profoundly impacted by the legacy of residential schools in Canada's history. For others, you may come to this day and simply not be able to relate to the experiences of residential school survivors, families that are still mourning lost loved ones because of these institutions, or the ways our history is still affecting members of the First Nation community. My name is Elijah, and I'm delivering the sermon in this recording. On this occasion, as we have a national discussion on reconciliation, it's my desire to demonstrate the vision of reconciliation that God has for humanity through the incredible work that His Son Jesus did on the cross nearly 2000 years ago. I hope you'll take the time to listen, and I pray that you will be blessed by the message of hope and forgiveness that the Gospel offers.#Reconciliation #ReconciliationSunday #TruthAndReconciliation #Canada #God #Jesus #Lord #ResidentialSchools #FirstNations #Sermon #Gospel #Church Mountainview Church carries the necessary Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI) license to play and perform the contained Christian worship songs.
