My apartment building we have a rather progressive intercom door entry security system. When you press my apartment number it no longer buzzes a console inside my apartment. Instead, it calls me on the telephone and as you know.. I my phone automatically records all phones conversations. My complaint with Downstate Medical Center at this time was that [My eyes hurt (pain 10 out if 10) when trying to read or focus on near objects. Last 12 months I’ve submitted about a dozen written complaints for my doctor’s refusal to create referral to eyes doctor. @DownstateSPH @DownstateSPH @_STARProgram @DownstateStuAdm @DownstateMed TWEETED @ 5:44 PM - 2 Apr 2018] The last complaint i filled was Thursday December 29th 2017 regarding 2 women who came to my home to harass me for trying to get a referral to an eye doctor. After filing the complaint I went to my dentist office where i was having a biyearly teeth examination. That same day [while I was at my dentist] Sherrod (last name unclear) comes to my apartment building trying to gain entry. When he buzzes my apartment number I received a phone call from my intercom system. This conversation takes place while I am at my dentist office and Downstate Medical Center is yelling in front of my building for all of my neighbors to hear. Today, YOU are also going to hear Downstate Medical Center response to my request for an eye exam. I they are telling me that I must be crazy If I think they are going to make any attempt to save my eye sight and relieve my pain by providing a referral to an eye doctor.
