He also crafted and negotiated a win win agreement with Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev. As a result, the Russian Federation was born and the cold war ended ushering in a safer world with less risk of a nuclear war. In this process, Lee Wanta legally amassed trillions of dollars that were designated to go back to the American people by President Reagan to pay off the national debt and to build a high speed rail system. As Wanta attempted to carry out his mandate, Lee was imprisoned and the monetary funds were stolen or converted illegally by the Federal Reserve System and other banks in the IMF system.
