Cindi is passionate about helping women in recovery find their joy and confidence in navigating their intimate relationships. She has over 25 years of professional experience as a Sexual Health and Wellness Educator and knows first-hand the intimacy issues that can arise for women in recovery. Cindi lives in her “empty nest” in Colorado with her husband and 2 rescue pups. They are a nice replacement for the 4 “kidults” who have (almost) flown out of the nest. After going through divorce nearly 13 years ago, she and her partner blended their families during the kids’ teenage years. Cindi struggled to find safe places to talk about the many difficult issues around step-parenting and co-parenting and wants to help create that inclusive place for other moms. She has a passion for creating an honest dialogue about a variety of sensitive subjects. She has facilitated both small and large groups along with 1:1 coaching for over 20 years.
