Jesse Zagorsky hosted a training session called "Agent Attraction Fast Start" to introduce a new four-step system for recruiting real estate agents to eXp Realty. The session featured three successful agents sharing their experiences: Traci Wells, who built an organization of 6 people in 4 months; Gaylen Martin, who grew to 52 agents over 3 years; and Barry Overton, who built 153-person organization over 4.5 years. Jesse introduced a new 3.5-minute "Five Phases Video" diagnostic tool that helps identify potential recruits' pain points without mentioning eXp directly. The session concluded with instructions for participants to schedule 15-minute "game plan interviews" with their Focus 250 leaders to receive access to the full playbook and tools.
