Recruiting Show: Texas Class Continues To Grow, 5-Stars On Flip Watch

On this episode of the Cover 3 Recruiting Show, Bud Elliott and Andrew Ivins have their eyes on a pair of 5-star prospects hitting the road. Ohio State EDGE commit DJ Jacobs visits Georgia, while Oregon WR commit Dakota Guerrant heads to Michigan. Is there reason to put either commitment on flip watch? Then, the guys check in on Steve Sarkisian and Texas' latest recruiting class as the Longhorns pursue a sixth consecutive Top 10 finish in the 247Sports Team Rankings. They break down the strength of the class, including OL Ismael Camara, DL Kasi Currie, WR Easton Royal, RB Landen Williams-Callis and TE Brock Williams, identify WR Briceson Thrower Jr. as a sleeper and examine Kentucky LB commit Sean Fox as a potential flip target. Plus, did the recruiting industry miss on Oregon State WR Jesse Legree? The former prospect has exploded onto the college football scene as a true freshman. And meet 2029 QB Ty Snell, who has turned heads during an impressive start at Allen. Finally, the guys look ahead to former Top247 prospect Will Echoles and what they'll be watching when the Ole Miss defensive lineman takes on LSU.
