Red Card Roy

Generasjon Tippekamp does their first english spoken episode, as Alan & Lars have a proper football legend with them. Hardman Roy McDonough made his debut alongside Trevor Francis at Birmingham Ciity in 1977, and went on an epic 20 year journey trough english football. He picked up a record 22 early baths on his way. A record that will never be broken. He played for three of the 1966 world cup winners, including Sir Alf, and became very close with Bobby Moore. Roy is a cult hero at stadiums such as Roots hall & Layer Road, were his no-nonsene style will never be forgotten. Hear about his run ins with amongst others, Kenny Burns, Tommy Smith, Martin O Neill and the long awaited revenge on Tony Pulis. The Big Man talks his view on the modern game, and much much more.
