Red Flags in the Work Place with Carissa & Kahli

Throughout their friendship they've always envisioned having their own businesses whether that was together, separate or both and now they can say that dream has become a reality because they are both small business owners in Fairbanks! On their road to success they hit a few speed bumps and in true Carissa/Khali fashion, they hit them at the same place around the same time when they worked for the same company.
