Red Headed Killer

It's Happy Hour! In this episode Ben finally returns to rum and his ancestral farmer roots with a delightfully delicate Red Headed Farmer. Matthew goes crazy with an all spirit cacoa and banana infused Psyco Killer. They also different ways to relax without a cocktail and just what to do with bottle of liqueur that just won't leave. Recipes below.Red Headed Farmer1 1/2 oz Rhum Agricole1 oz Ginger liqueur3/4 oz lemon juiceCombine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10-12 seconds. Strain into a couple glass. Enjoy.Psycho Killer2 oz Irish Whiskey3/4 oz Cacao Nibs Infused Campari1/2 oz Creme de Cacao1/2 oz Giffard Banane du Bresil2 dashes absintheCombine all ingredients in a mixing glass with a copious amount of ice. Stir until chilled, approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
