Red Ribbon Week with Tina Garcia and Charles Rodriguez

Oct. 24-28 is Red Ribbon Week in the United States. (Red Ribbon Week is an alcohol, tobacco, and other drug and violence prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October in the United States. It began as a tribute to fallen DEA special agent Enrique Camerena in 1985.) IHC's substance abuse counselor Tina Garcia and TOR Program Coordinator Charles Rodriguez joins David, Art and George to discuss fentanyl abuse, drug and alcohol abuse and the importance of expressing feelings and compassion for one another.
