RED SOX POSTCAST- Ugly Night In Detroit for Tanner Houck & Red Sox

The Red Sox dropped the series opener, 14-2, to the Detroit Tigers on Monday night at Comerica Park in Detroit.  The Tigers led 2 hitters in on Gleyber Torres 2-run Home Run off losing pitcher Tanner Houck.  Detroit sent 14 hitters to the plate in the Bottom of the 3rd and scored 9 runs to chase Houck from the game. Houck went 2.1 Innings and gave up 11 runs, all earned, on 9 hits (2 Home Runs), 3 walks and 1 hit batter. It's the 2nd time this season where Houck has allowed 11 earned runs in a road start.  -----Houck On The Hill: Houck's ugly line is above in case you tried to ignore it. The Red Sox are now 2-7 in Houck's 1st 9 starts this season and he's still without a win.  Houck has allowed 11 earned runs and 5 Home Runs in the 1st-Inning this season.
