We often think of leadership as a position or a role within an organization, but many people can be considered leaders, even without the title. Leadership looks like redefining success on your terms. It looks like breaking generational trauma and freeing yourself of invisible burdens. It looks like standing up for your beliefs and taking accountability. Leadership is being happy and choosing growth over comfort.I talk about the ways "Leadership in Real Life" actually shows up (outside of a professional setting), and how how freeing ourselves of others' expectations and narratives is the first step toward being the main character of our own lives.
