On répond à des questions parfois un peu étonnantes. Par exemple, est-ce qu’on passe des heures à explorer certains sujets ? Est-ce qu’on pleure quand quelqu’un d’autre pleure ? Ou encore est-ce qu’on prévoit toujours un plan B au cas où ? En 2024, plus de la moitié des entreprises utilisent ce type de tests pour départager les candidats à un poste. Les recruteurs estiment que les tests de personnalité les aident à prédire les performances des futurs employés. Dans le contexte plus personnel des réseaux sociaux, on voit de plus en plus de profils indiquer un type de personnalité résumé en quatre lettres, un chiffre ou une couleur.
