Cara is a movement Pilates teacher and self-proclaimed 100% Priestess and an intuitive psychic healer. As a very young child, she had memories of some of her past lives and she had imaginary friends. As she grew up was told she was weird, so she suppressed them until 2 years ago, her late 30’s, when she returned to her truer self. We talked about her journey of her re-awakening through adventures in nature, big shifts from 3D to 5D, astrology, how suffering has a purpose and how the time is now to imagine and create our future.
