Mais que se passe-t-il réellement dans le corps quand on applique cette injonction ?Dans cet épisode, on explore l’envers du décor :???? Pourquoi, à vouloir bien faire, on finit souvent par se tendre au lieu de s’allonger et de s’ouvrir.???? Comment “redresse-toi” peut déclencher une chaîne de compensations : nuque qui se crispe, épaules qui montent, dos qui se fige, bassin qui disparaît…????
