The Cincinnati Reds fell to the San Diego Padres 6-4 on Saturday afternoon at Great American Ball Park. Andrew Abbott delivered a strong start, allowing just one run over five innings, and left the game with a 4-1 lead. However, the Reds’ bullpen couldn’t hold on, as Scott Barlow gave up a two-run homer before Lyon Richardson surrendered a crushing three-run blast. The offense went quiet late, and the Reds couldn’t mount a comeback.
