Hunter Greene Started the 2025 Cincinnati Reds season with a bang as the Reds welcomed Logan Webb and the San Fransisco Giants to Great American Ball Park. Hunter Greene had 8 Strikeouts in 5 innings before passing the ball over to his bullpen where Scott Barlow, Emilio Pagan, Tony Santillan, kept the Reds ahead 3-2 over the San Fransisco Giants before Ian Gibaut came in and blew the lead. Offensively the Reds started out strong including Jeime Candelario knocking in 3 runs to give the Reds their lead, and also taking a moment to silence his critics as he looks to bounce back from a difficult 2024 season.
