Este Domingo, nuestro equipo propuso hacer el paseo dominguero hacia la vía de Choroni (carretera de montaña y exigente recorrido), por recomendación médica no es viable para mi realizar esta ruta por ahora. La propuesta fue reencontrarnos para luego celebrar con arepitas dulces en casa de Yvonne. Algunos se quedaron dormidos y no llegaron al sitio de reunión para iniciar la rueda. Claudia, Manuel, Dari y Tomás fueron los valientes que una vez más conquistaron esta empinada y compleja carretera que se encuentra en el estado Aragua-Venezuela y conduce a destinos paradisíacos (playas). En mi caso iba de parrillera (relajada) captando la belleza del paisaje, atenta a los detalles, sintiendo la alegría de volver a este camino, dejando que la brisa fresca y las bonitas imágenes me dejaran extasiada. Es interesante como cambia la percepcion cuando se observa desde diferentes ángulos, en esta oportunidad, volver a la montana en moto me permitió hacer tomas de la carretera que en otras circunstancias no fue posible porque era protagonista. Este dia nos adelantamos para esperar a los compañeros en Curucurumita, es la zona donde acostumbramos tomar la merienda y compartir historias. Pasado un rato, llegó Dari, luego Claudia y Manuel. Después de comer algo y conversar un rato, emprendimos el descenso. Como no quería perder detalles, me senté en la moto de espalda a Gabriel para grabar a los chicos en la bajada, puedo decir que fue muy divertido (video). Nos dirijimos a casa de Yvonne quien nos esperaba para hacer las arepitas dulces con queso, solo teníamos que entrar bailando a su casa con los ingredientes solicitados. Cuando nos juntamos suelen pasar cosas divertida (esta fue una de ellas), también conocimos a Augusto (bebé) hijo de nuestros compañeros: Gin y Cesar. Las arepitas quedaron exquisitas, bailamos, conversamos y nos divertimos por un buen rato; cuando decidimos regresar a nuestros hogares, le pregunté a Gabriel si confiaba en mí para manejar su moto, su respuesta fue: Sí y me entregó las llaves, lo demás es historia. The arepitas were delicious, we danced, talked and had fun for a while; when we decided to return to our homes, I asked Gabriel if he trusted me to drive his motorcycle, his answer was: Yes and he gave me the keys, the rest is history.
