Refined Faith and Diligent Minds: Trusting God Through Trials and Pursuing Wisdom in Christ

In this episode of the Bulldog Update, we step into the tension of the Christian life found in 1 Peter 1:6–7. We are reminded that while believers rejoice in a living hope secured in Christ, we also walk through seasons of real difficulty. These trials are not случай or meaningless. They are purposeful, refining our faith like gold in fire, producing something far more valuable that will result in praise, glory, and honor when Christ is revealed.   As we celebrate members of our Berean family, we take time to recognize alumni birthdays, enjoy a lunch of burritos, and support our student-athletes competing across multiple events. These moments remind us that community matters and that every part of school life is an opportunity to reflect Christ.   In our Moment of Connection, we examine the sixth Expected Stakeholder Outcome: pursuing knowledge with diligence. Rooted in Proverbs 4:7 and fulfilled in Christ as our wisdom, we are challenged to see learning not as a task, but as an act of worship. At Berean, academic excellence is not separate from discipleship. It is a reflection of it.
