Reflecting on 2020 and Setting Intentions for 2021 with Rebecca Fleetwood Hession

Reflection is about, who I am, what I want, what I am good at, how I feel, and what I need. It is important to take the time to reflect on yourself and what you need. Connection is about using your gifts, talents, and abilities to serve other humans. We are all wired for connection, and wired to help and to be helped. We need time to pause away from the frenetic busyness of our lives and reflect. We need to ask ourselves who we are and what we need. In this week’s episode, we will listen to Rebecca Fleetwood Hession as she talks about the importance of reflection and connection in 2020, and walks you through a reflection exercise.
