The Sept. 11 terror attacks profoundly altered U.S. domestic and foreign policies. President Bush instituted increased surveillance of American Muslims and activists, started the protracted war in Afghanistan and invaded Iraq. This week, NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani released thousands of documents that suggest that government officials knew how toxic the air quality was after the World Trade Center Towers collapsed, but didn’t alert the public.So, 25 years after this deadly attack, Say More invited callers to share how their lives were changed.
