Reflection with a difference

Hello and welcome to the first episode of Her Money's Worth in 2023! Are you keen to start 2023 strong and smash your financial goals? Obviously you are! But before we get there, just hold on a second as there's something super important we need to do first... You may have listened to other episodes about reflection but here's what I chat about that might add a different perspective for you. In this episode I explain that you need to: START taking responsibility for your financial future (only you can change it) STOP focusing on the symptoms of your financial issues and instead start focusing on the cause START thinking positively about what you’re already doing well and acknowledge that you are already having financial success (however small) STOP setting goals around what you’re already an expert in START asking someone else to reflect on your money if you struggle to see yourself clearly STOP focusing on what you think you should set goals around, instead focus on what will make YOU happy So, join me for this episode on reflection as I talk you through this crucial time to look back on the year that was. By spending a little bit of time diving into your experiences over the last twelve months you'll give yourself a much higher chance of reaching your goals! Today in this episode you'll have 3 important questions to ask yourself before we set specific goals together next week. Grab a pen and paper and let's go!
