I am doing this work along with you every single day, and I want to look back and reflect on what I learned so that I can continue to guide you. You get to take what you want from this year and you get to leave what you don't want, in the past. You do not have to bring it to you. Leave what is not useful. Take what fuels you to make 2020 the best year yet. What didn't work? What will I do next time?  When we're people-pleasing, we are not living our unique life.  You have to slow down in order to speed up Your feelings drive your actions It's important to invest in yourself and the life you want.
