Ted Edlich served as the President of Total Action for Progress in Roanoke, VA from 1975-2015. As a community action agency, TAP has created educational, employment, housing, and business development opportunities for thousands. The organization has served as an incubator for projects that have been replicated throughout Virginia and the nation.
