Reflections with Andy - Expectant Hope - Micah 7: 1-13

from Andy Talks · host Andy Stoddard

Today, we see two sections held together by a key verse. The first part is about the corruption of the world and the judgment that is coming. We see how bad it is, how people are not living or leading with integrity, taking bribes, stealing, and abusing.  Contrast this with 6:8, with God’s call to do justice.  The second section is about God’s restoration and hope. But in the middle is verse 7, which reminds us, that we wait. We wait with expectant hope, but God is with us, and He will make all things right. We may not see what God is doing, but we believe it. We hope in it. We know that He will make it all right. We wait with expectant hope because God is God, and God is at work.  Join us for our daily reflections with Andy. In 10 short minutes, he'll dig a little deeper into Scripture and help you better understand God's Word.If you'd like to receive this daily reflection on your phone, text @39110 to 81010 to sign up.
