We see Jesus say today that the Father loves the Son and has placed all things in His hands. It’s like the old song we used to sing as kids: He’s got the whole world in His hands!  That’s a real encouragement to us; sometimes, we put such pressure on ourselves to get it just right and to be perfect.  But we can remind ourselves that God knows all things, that there is not a single thing that has happened to us or will happen to us that He is not aware of and is not in His hands.
