Reflections with Andy - Losing Your Way - Amos 8

from Andy Talks · host Andy Stoddard

God continues His rebuke of the people. We see that they have lost their way. Instead of placing God first, instead of placing their faith and religion first in their lives, have have placed the accumulation of wealth first. They are complaining about their faith because they cannot steal from the poor on the Sabbath because they cannot sell.  They have lost their way.  Because of this, there will be a famine.  Not a famine of food, but of hearing the Word of the Lord.
